The story of how the DriveX team managed to build a viable business, gain the trust of multiple industry giants and change the world of insurance by innovating vehicle verification.
2019FebruaryPorsche Open Innovation Hackathon - TOP10 out of 700. Back then, we were known as Porsche Wizards. After reaching the semi-finals, we rebranded to DriveX.
2019MarchPrototron - TOP10 out of 290. After meeting tens of rental companies we discovered that businesses needed to understand the vehicle's condition. We intended to build a hardware booth for AI-assisted photo inspections.
2019NovemberAjujaht - TOP10 out of 310. Graduating from Prototron, our idea transformed from hardware into a Software as a Service business because we proved it is a more scalable technology.
2020JanuarysTARTUp Day - TOP7 out of 312. Just one month after registering the company, we participated in sTARTUp Day 2020's early stage startups competition. DriveX was awarded a cash prize.
2020AprilFocusing on insurance, building with customers. We decided to focus entirely on the insurance sector's underwriting issues. And it's paying off - dominating the Estonian and soon Baltic states as the leading remote inspection provider.
